Checked in on 31-01-2020 n Out on 02-02-2020. Food was gud fr us, tht I say bcoz I see a lot of reviews complaining abt stale n stinking food. The rooms were not upto d mark as per standards n price charged per nite. N abt d manager, he is nt worthy of handling tht seat, Sick guy. The owner is probably rude bcoz we faced payment issues n they changed their words d next day. As seen frm d Management responses to other reviews, think a moron is handling tht account n feels Tide Exotica under Pande Residency is d best on Palolem !! Not recommended fr staying although d serving staff n food is gud. There are better options at Palolem

The owner is a lady and her behaviour is too much bad. After giving bad smelling fish to other customers, when they complained she came to make false excuses. The customers had to ate whole bad smelling fish. Her behaviour towards us was also very bad. Her behaviour of talking was full of rudeness.I recommend all not to visit ever here. Even the order was taking too much time to reach our table. She gave us threat of calling police when we went to argue for her rude behaviour. Don't ever visit.

We stayed here for 2 nights, average hotel. We booked through OYO and were told the sea view rooms were bigger, that wasn't the case. The tents(non sea facing) looked bigger Pros: - Right on the beach - nice staff - arrangement for sunbathing (day) and snacks/dinner(night) right on the beach. (Mind you this is something all beachfront properties in the vicinity provide) - restaurant is sea facing - Wi-Fi Cons: - sea view rooms are very very small - there is an a.c.,but no ceiling fan. - the attached bath doesn't have any exhaust. So you know what happens.:) - sea view rooms are made of wood, hence keeps creaking as you walk around in your room. - power cut issues. Water is washroom stops as soon as power goes.

Stayed in beach huts for 2 wks, booked via web site, it said beach huts with all modern facilities!!! Including tv and 24 hr room service. There wasn’t even a wardrobe let alone modern amenities. Room was very small, as two adults we had to use the room separately. Room service stopped once bar closed, so couldn’t get coffee etc until morning. We’ve been to goa many time so we don’t expect 5star!!! But as the hotel web site offered these facilities we didn’t mind paying the £56 a night. Would not stay here again, have looked at others in Palolem cheaper and much nicer and definitely cleaner. I will say the view was the only good thing going for the place.

Worst experience in restraunt

Worst experience we had in the restraint of this hotel. The order was of cocktail, shakes and non veg starter plus main course. The entire order was reversed. Dal chawal and shrimp biryani ( which was more of a dal chawal mixed together with hardly any shrimps in it) was served minus roti. Starter never arrived till we finished our lunch , which we had to obviously cancel. Water glasses were not placed on table and we had continuously ask for it. The owner of the restaurant Mr pandey very disinterestedly came and left hurriedly after we told him about the problems faced by us. Dogs were roaming freely in the restraunt which according to me was utterly unhygenic. So if you are on Palolem beach DO NOT visit this place for any meals.
